Legacy is seeking a full-time Office Manager to work at a 315-unit cooperative property located in Lansing, Michigan. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our members and perform a wide range of administrative and office duties including daily communication with maintenance and manager on requests, daily banking and deposits and month end reports. The Office Manager is a vital part of our team and must be organized and highly detailed with the ability to assist with projects as needed. In addition, teamwork with the ability to work within different departments and with other staff is necessary to be successful.
Requirements:
• Ability to complete high quality work and meet deadlines while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

As Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This position is vital to the property and must maintain high resident retention by effectively marketing to prospective residents, community guests and the community, external marketing and outreach and ensuring a smooth resident move-in process. Providing exceptional customer service and the ability to work independently is necessary to be successful.

Requirements:

Previous leasing experience preferred
Exceptional customer service skills with the capacity to relate to a variety of people/personalities

As a Server, you will be responsible for performing a variety of food service functions and maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of service area, facilities and equipment. This position is required to travel to various communities to manage the planning, and maintenance of buildings, building equipment and other building systems, budgets, and scheduling of building maintenance. The Regional Maintenance Manager ensures that portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational, financial, and maintenance performance goals. Qualifications:
• Customer service oriented
• 7 or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Knowledgeable in REAC safety standards and precautions and regulatory guidelines
• Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to train staff on company policies as well as job responsibilities
• Must be able to work well under pressure and enforce security/safety regulations
• Must be very organized with excellent attention to details since this job entails maintaining schedules and records
• HVAC certification required
